Dr. (Col) Joy Dev Mukherji is one of India’s most respected neurologists with over three decades of experience in clinical neurology and neurocritical care. After a distinguished 23-year career in the Armed Forces Medical Services, where he served as a senior teaching faculty member at the Army Research and Referral Hospital, Delhi, he joined Max Healthcare in 2006 as Senior Neurologist. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman and Head of Neurology at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. Dr. Mukherji has led several research projects under the Armed Forces Medical Research Committee (AFMRC) and has been trained internationally in the management of Multiple Sclerosis in Switzerland. Known for his calm, analytical approach and commitment to medical excellence, he has been invited to deliver lectures across India and abroad. His leadership continues to shape the field of neurology at Max Healthcare.
