It is recommended to keep 3 days for Health Check:
Day 1 - Tests/Investigations. Will start with fasting sugar. So you need to be fasting from the previous night.
Day 2 - By mid day, most tests would be completed. If all the reports are already available, you might have the review consultation in end of 2nd day.
Day 3 - if there are any delays in reports to be made available.
