Yes. Up to 2 attenders per patient are permitted on an Indian medical visa. Passport copies and their relationship to the patient must be provided when submitting documents to the hospital.

As of April 2025, the Indian medical visa application requires a Medical Visa Reference Number generated by your hospital via the Indian Government's AYUSH portal. We ensure this is included in your invitation letter before you apply.
