Dr. (Col.) Kumud Rai is a senior vascular and endovascular surgeon who has led Vascular Surgery at Max Healthcare since 2006. A former President of the Vascular Society of India and Vice President (ISVS), he has trained numerous vascular surgeons. He has received multiple honours, including the Sena Medal for services in the Kargil War and international citations from leading vascular societies.
